Refund Policy
At MANASAI, all of our products are handmade and hence slight variations between products in regards to the exact size, texture, colour, etc can occur. We do not consider these small inconsistencies to be errors but rather the beauty and charm of small batch handmade goods. We assume that by choosing to purchase our products, you too understand this reality and appreciate the unique characteristics of items made by hand. As most of our products are handcrafted in limited batches, we do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.
However in case there is a problem with your purchase, please let us know within 48 hours of its delivery and we will be more than happy to rectify the issue and provide you with a refund or replacement. To coordinate, please email us at hello@lafa.co.in.
In cases where there is no problem with the product, but rather that you have changed your mind upon receiving the item, we do accept returns but on an exchange or store credit basis only. So long as the the item has not been used or damaged and meets our standards upon return, we will notify you of our acceptance and coordinate the exchange or credit.
Sale Items
Please note all sale/discounted items are final and we do not accept exchanges or returns/refunds on these items.
Order Cancellation
If you want to revise or cancel an order prior to receiving notice of its dispatch, please contact us at manasa.jangala1993@gmail.com quoting your order number in the subject line. Ideally this should be no later than 48 hours of placing the order.
However, if your item is:

Damaged in transit

Incorrect
Please email us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll do our best to resolve it or offer a replacement/refund.
No refunds will be provided for:

Minor imperfections (as they are part of the handmade process)

Delays caused by the courier once the product has been dispatched
